The game console that you already have is easy to use. Basically you just put the disc in and use a few simple buttons on the controller. Yourself!Fitness is designed to be easier than playing a DVD with your remote control. If you don’t already own one, Xbox and PlayStation2 consoles are available at most stores that sell music and video games.

We recommend that you have a yoga mat, but any comfortable flat surface should be fine. You can also use a stability ball to help you focus on core exercises and tightening your abs. Additionally, Maya also incorporates hand weights, a step bench and a heart rate monitor if you have them available in your workout space. You can get a great workout without any equipment, but the more equipment you own, the more Maya can teach you.

Your whole family will be able to lead a more active lifestyle because Maya can build individual programs for each of them. While only one person can get “credit” for a workout, multiple people can workout at the same time.
